Excellent service especially when I contacted customer service regarding my delivery date which was delayed due to a bank holiday. They called the carrier and then called me back with an update a EXCELLENT service.Thank you

I placed my order on 23rd March 2021 via Paypal. It’s now the 7th April 2021 and my goods have not arrived.I'm unable to reach them via phone and I don't get a response via email. The electronic online chat is also a waste of time.Terrible service, I don't know how they are still in business. Avoid!

Ordered last Thursday evening for next day delivery. yes it was Bank Holiday so expected my item to go out yesterday (Tuesday). Still no dispatch notice. Phone lines off, not responding to emails, direct messages on Facebook or posts on Facebook yet they respond to reviews on here. Maybe I'll get a response on here. The item is for a gift tomorrow hence ordering and paying extra for next day delivery. Disappointing !

I searched the Internet for a GPS golf watch looking for the best price and free postage I used the Golf Shop online for the first time I got a great deal and the service was excellent I bought it on Thursday and it was on my wrist on the Monday which is good during this pandemic and I stay in the Highlands so all good will use again.

All though the product I ordered was delivered as expected, the purchase did not meet my expectation. It has cost me several pounds to return the product to you as there was no returns form included. Parcel had to be returned recorded delivery. Not Happy.

Hello all I ordered a pair of FJ golf shoes late December on the Golf shop web site the day 5 days delivery, I know that new year holidays there may have been a Daley,but not 25 day delay,so come on golf shop get your customer service department up-to date and stop telling porkies.
